In Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, 42 is the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. It is a beloved in-joke in geek and hacker (leet) culture. For us, 42 means seeking answers and staying curious.

道 means the way. DAO here is Digital Adoption Organization: community learning people can use in daily life. This site does not publish a cryptocurrency token.
Our story
During the COVID-19 pandemic, one of our co-founders fell victim to a crypto 'guru' investment scam, and later lost a significant sum when their wallet was hacked, even though they had been careful. That pain became MSK42DAO: hands-on protection so our parents' generation and young people can move from victim, to survivor, to protector. Having been through it, we know exactly what the traps look like, and we can teach others to spot them.
